..had my truck financed for 7 years. Intended to get on their website and pay it off soon after I bought it. I found out that the Nissan Finance website is no more user friendly than the website ya has to go to to make an appointment to get you oil changed. Anyway, day before yesterday I called em up and a phone tree answered and asked me do ya want this press one, do ya want dat press two and I finally pressed 4 and got the payoff balance. It was $10,279.56 so I sent em a check.
Another thing about these Nissan folks is that if you call their local number some bimbo localed somewhere in la la land answers the phone. I tried to schedule maintenance. She said they don't have any record of me buying a truck from them and that I would have to call my local dealer. Told her that's what I did and I got your dumb ass.
Went to the dealer, no point in calling them cause dumbass from somewhere else answers the phone when ya do. Guess what? Ya can no longer just drive ya vehicle to the dealer drop it off and come back and get it when they is done. They told me I had to make an appointment on the website. I splained that I could not get on their website because there was no record of me buying a nissan . (I bet if I had quit making payments they coulda found a record somewhere). The svc department guy says I shoulda called their local number and I splained about how the local number goes to timbukfrickentwo or someplace and they don't have any record of me owning a nissan. The guy gave me a number to call that he assured me would go to their switchboard operator and she would handle everything. So I went out in the parking lot and called that number, the switchboard operator answered the phone and transferred me to timbuckfrickentwo.
Hopefully they will not just cash my check and keep my title but if you hear of a crazy old man driving a nissan thru the showroom door of the timbuckfrickentwo headquarters ya will know that they didn't.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
