EVERY CEO I knew and know personally ALL have their companies, their priorities, their employees, the people that OWN the companies (SHAREHOLDERS), in mind and do a nonstop balancing act everyday to try to make it ALL work successfully.
WHAT excatly did this TURD ever do in his life to make ANYONE believe he is some kind of genius?
Nothing. Her is yet another parasyte benefitting from someone else's work and labor to begin a corporation and all he does is benefit from the hard work that was done long before his sorry arse ever came along.
Now he wants to inject his leftwing Socialist BS onto the scene to support the SOCIALIST takeover of America.
The Harworing founders of several of the major corporations I did business with are nothing like this smelly jackass. And neither was I.
HAte to break it to him, but theonly people he is speaking to are the socialistas like OCU, TALIB, Piglosi, and company.
The people who come to you and ask you for a job, and you spend valuable time interviewing them, testing them, seeing if they have ther same goals and values that YOU as a CEO have for the company and its ongoing success, (which means that as the company succeeds, so do wage increases and benefits and everything else), so that the company can hopefully successfully compete in its market and provide honest value for its customers and hopefully a place of emplyment that provides some sense of stability for the employee.
LETS not forget that EWMPLOYEES OFTEN are NOT LOYAL and very selfish themselves. WHAT MORE can I do for them? WHEN you are fortunate to actually find some whose mindset is geared to helping make the company succeed which means THEY have job security and steady wages and benefits, you as the head will be able to focus more on the development and growth of the company to the next thing you would like to offer in terms of services or products for sale to the customer base, thus moving the company forward in a growth pattern and helping those employees who are peforming to move aong and continue to grow within the company.
This guy know LITTLE to NOTHING about actually having to grow a corporation, and especially in the manufacturing sector.
WHAT HE SHOULD do is try to keep from being the media darling and spewing his crap so all the rest of us who had to work as a ceo and president, and do right by your people, don't have to VOMIT after reading what tghis dolt said, and everyone else knows how utterly full of crap he tryly is... Except of course for those on the CLUAELAESS and more clueless board and some cactus loving nutcase board as well.
