TEXAS WOMAN: Woman drives into N. Austin gas station to escape shooting; police looking for suspects
At around 5 a.m., police said a man and a woman who were staying at a Motel 6 located near Interstate 35 and St. Johns Avenue started arguing with a group of men across the street at the Valero gas station. The argument escalated into a fight. That's when police said the woman tried to break up the fight with her car.
The woman involved in the shooting is in the hospital with a gunshot wound to her mouth. She is expected to be okay.
