But we now know that the disease had spread to foreign countries well before anyone was trying to contain it. Odds are that the Japanese tour bus driver had the disease by January 7th... and maybe by January 1st. Safeguards weren't implemented in the U.S. - or anywhere else, probably - until January 17th.

It's too late now. Some of the people in the U.S. who haven't traveled and think they've got ordinary colds have probably got the Wuhan virus.

IMO
EVERYONE who has returned from China on a flight, and from ANY city in China, should have to declare that, and be medically screend and isoloated for the incubation period of that virus to show itself in symptoms.

Best way to never get burned is not to lay with fires or stoves or matches.

Best way to avoid spreading diiseases is to stay the devil away from them and anyone who has been exposed to the POTENTUAL GERM which they then could become a CARRIER of should do be quaranteed until a safety period of time has proven they do not have it......

They do not have a right to give it to me.
