Plan A would be to see an orthopedic doctor who is or does micro surgery technique. Not minimal invasive. Micro surgery is HALF the size of minimal invasive and you will heal lots quicker and recover lots faster.

I walked out of the recovery room my last spine surgery due to the surgical technique.

Of course I did not have two broken vertebrae either...

You are on your road to getting some relief. Do your research on the available docs. You want one who comes highly recommnded.
