Agreed.
I do like the flavor of oysters but only in Oyster stew, piping hot and cooked. Plenty of cream and butter in the stew besides the oysters. I don't like swallowing slime so slithery raw oysters just aren't for me.
Really good with Trenton Oyster Crackers.
