Yea, wait until the judge actually imposes the sentence. While the judge takes into consideration the prosecutor's sentencing recommendations, in the end, they have sole responsibility for deciding what the actual sentence is going to be.

What we need to watch for is how Judge Amy Berman Jackson responds to all of this. If she goes ahead with anything close to the original recommendation of 7 to 9 years, or perhaps even more time, this is what could really set Trump off. If she does go this route, it could force Trump to prematurely pardon Stone, which could have a big impact on the election, to say nothing of what he might then feel that he needs to do for Manafort and Flynn.
