His sentence is up to the judge. Not any prosecutor. Not Barr. Not Trump, not anyone. These shithole shenanigans by Barr should be INVESTIGATED. By the Judiciary committee.
The judge should apply the law and give him the right sentence. Let us not forget that even Trump has not disputed his GUILT. He should have thought of all that when he was scheming, lying to Congress, and threatening witnesses. I really don’t give a shit.
