Most New York And Delaware Voters Can’t Vote By Mail, Even With Coronavirus Outbreak

This is just stupid, only 6 states (plus DC) allow people to register to have a permanent vote-by-mail status (CA is one of them), and three states, OR, WA and CO, have only vote-by-mail. 27 other states allow absentee ballots, but you have to request them, however, you don't need any excuses, just ask for it. Unfortuntaley, that leaves a bunch where a legitimate excuse is STILL required to get an absentee ballot. Let's hope that the concern over the virus will be enough of an 'excuse' to get you an absentee ballot.
