He's constantly saying things like, "I have done...", "First time ever...", "No one has ever done this before...", "We're going to be celebrating very soon...", etc.
Just another symptom of Narcissistic Personality Disorder.

And did you hear Mike Pence just now infer that we're officially six days into the 15 day slowdown, like all we have to do is hold out for another week or so, and this will all be over. And he ended his segment by reiterating that we're "6 days into 15 days..." again implying that there's some sort of target date for when this will be all over.
