We're now up to 232 magnitude 1 or larger shakes in and around the Anza, CA area in the past 24 hours (it's actually only 14 hours since the initial 4.9 quake). We've still not felt anything, or at least we haven't noticed any. As I said we're about 75 miles from Anza and there are dozens of fault lines between us, which tends to dissipate the shock-waves as they move thru the earth's crust. Besides, these are very deep seismic events, the vast majority of them are occurring at least six miles below the surface.

As for the rest of California, in the last 24 hours there have been 291 magnitude 1 or larger quakes somewhere in the state (this includes the Anza events).
