I've taken it. Gave me a helluva stomach upset. But I didn't get malaria.

I'd take it if a specialist doctor recommended it as the best option. I am hoping the researchers discover a cure that has more than anecdotal support. I prefer medicine that's been formally tested for its efficacy whenever possible.

In Sweden, several hospitals have given chloroquine - malaria medication - to corona patients. But now, some have stopped doing this, after reports of severe side effects. One of those affected is Carl Sydenhag, 40. - I had no peripheral vision and got cramps, says Carl Sydenhag.


Sounds better than being dead, ...but that’s just me.
