Great to stay clear...

Our trips have been rare, we'd done a Costco run the week before the StayAtHome, so while we did one that first week to catch up on what we'd missed, so far only one run since, well organized, only a few folks let in, but was still no TP, but we , well, my wife, I drive, do't go into the stores, other than Costco, she can't handle the heavy lifting, I've a pneumonia history, so we play it safe.. Gas I filled @ Costco on 3/12, still 3/4 full, wife's Honda has barely moved, thinking about connecting a Battery Tender to it..

I've a defective DeWalt 20V clone battery they will replace in warranty, but I've avoided going to the post office, use their label/weight machine for now, let the seller know, and he's OK with delaying.

But we have been buying stuff, a new AppleTV from Apple, driving tomorrow, a Ryobi hedge trimmer coming today, seat covers for my F150 came yesterday, Rachio3 drip system controller came last week, set it up, but have to go mount and test it, the old Irrigation Caddy folks are long gone, no support, so it can be trashed... Should look at Camera, security systems again, Another Costco, online beauty, but not sure I want to crawl the attic for the back yard connections..

Many projects, but really, maybe a nap first to think them over... Smile

It was four weeks ago today, that my wife and I, for all intents and purposes, started our stay-at-home regime. We had gone to Mass like normal on Sunday, March 15th and we were planning to attend a Lenten service Monday evening (my wife and I had helped put the service together and I was going to be one of the scripture readers as well as handing the sound board/music for the service). Anyway, that morning, Monday, March 16th, the Diocese of Orange announced that all church services except Sunday Masses were suspended. And then on Thursday, the 19th, California Governor Gavin Newsom announced his state-wide, stay-at-home policy.

Since then, we've only gone out for groceries, once to fill-up my car (I had just filled-up my wife's car the previous Friday) and once to my doctor for a non-virus related issue (but I did get a surgical mask during the visit) and once to the pet store for cat food and litter. Now my wife wants to go to Home Depot to get stuff for her backyard garden so we might do that one day this week.
