And again, he had to tell that same LIE that China has sent billions to the US which he's passed on the farmers of America. Of course his 'base' believes it, and to him that's all that counts. He said recently that he only cares about his 'base', that the rest of country can go to Hell for all he cares. Of course, that's the opposite of what he truly believes. He wouldn't give the average 'deplorable' the time of day if he ran into one the street. His TRUE base are the 1%, pure and simple. Like all other Republicans, he can only win an election when the people at the bottom vote AGAINST their own self-interest, because you damn well that the people at the top NEVER vote against THEIR own self-interest.
