He doesn’t even have to do that. It is plain common sense: You have people interact, they pass it around.
The only way to control it well is to limit contact, get it down to a few cases, and then open up and test and monitor the situation, with masks and safety procedures everywhere. Confidence will return, and business will recover naturally. Band aids do not help with broken bones and infected wounds, except in old Hollywood Wild West movies and series. How many times did Matt Dillon and others get shot in the chest/ shoulder area and recover with a .....sling, in a day? That’s Hollywood, not reality. Corona virus hasn’t seen those movies.
