...a guy who runs a local coffee / donut chain store (he bought a franchise) has to accept and pay for X amount of stuff from the home plant every month, whether he needs it or not. Even if the upper level management opens another donut shop across the street and cuts ya bidness in half, ya still gotta buy it. Sounds like a bad deal to me, but he went into it with his eyes open.
