The Dallas County District Attorney, a black Democrat, makes this edict because he wants to give minorities a pass on theft. However, Judge Moye, a black Democrat, jails a white woman for not apologizing (i.e., groveling before him) for operating her legal business. Now, what have I said in the past about racism and Democrats???
