The Justice Dept. is dropping charges against the former Trump aide Michael Flynn, a stark reversal for a defendant who’d twice pleaded guilty.
Mr. Flynn, President Trump’s first national security adviser, pleaded guilty to lying to investigators and cooperated extensively in the Mueller investigation before moving to withdraw his plea and fight the case in court.
