He said the transom needed a little work . I had to cut the whole back of the transom out to get the rotted wood out. Did that and got it back together . Need to fiberglass the whole thing inside and out........

all the screws you see and that metal plate I use for clamping. I spread glue 100% over the new wood I put in the transom, and tomorrow when glue id dry I will take all that off and glass it. The piece I cut out fits right back in the whole I cut out. 2 layers of glass one on the seams and then cover the whole thing with glass again. No leaks.......
