Well, like I said earlier, they need to let a jury sort it out.

I agree, wholeheartedly, a citizen's arrest is chock-full of legal dangers for the person attempting the arrest. If the guy is assaulting you or shooting at you, then drop his ass in the street without thinking twice, but otherwise, let the cops handle it.

...finally found a good vid where they weren't interrupting it with the talking heads looking indignant and blathering over the sound. It do appear that the "Jogger" was shot twice. Once when he first came around the side of the truck and the second time in the scuffle. Unless I see something different, I would say they look guilty.

...Remember when we had a long discussion about citizens arrest and how it wasn't a good idea? Here'a a prime example. Get the tag number take a pic follow em and call the cops if ya want, but don't go all ROBOCOP on them. It will get ya in hot water more times than it won't.
