HCN works best only when administered very early. Bill Mitchell's saga goes all the way back to early March. I don't know if HCN was being recommended back then - although it should have been since it was recognized as a potent inhibitor of SARS coronavirus clear back in 2005.

It's looking more and more as if COVID-19 is primarily a clotting disease. I'm feeling pretty good about the direction Pluristem and Mesoblast are taking their research. I don't think vaccines are going to do the job. To the best of my knowledge, there are no vaccines for any of the coronaviruses. They mutate too readily.
