I understand what you are saying. And no, to answer the question, if Clo or any of the liberal left wing nut cases came here and started posting their off the wall drivel would we correct it? Sure we would. I would too if you eagle eye cohorts did not already do so, which rarely ever happens! lol!!!

I simply cannot believe that ANYONE is that brain dead to take to heart that ultra left wing nonsense and realluythink in their twisted minds it is right..

The difference though is this. THAT group has spent years being derogatory to many here simply for posting information or anythingthat is not in line with them. They also have banned anyone with a conservative view from posting anything.

I don't mind a differing view. Its what makes us think..
IF you know or believe something to be inaccurate with what you believe that's okay. I sometines disagree with ome things you think and vice versa but I am not goingto go find another article somewhere that has a different take on the one posted I disagreew ith and think is wrong and post it and think "mine is right and yours is wrong because this article or set of numbers or whatever is oppisite of yours.

The web is ull of polar oppisite viewpoints of the same subjects as you well know.. SO which one can we say for certainty is correct and the other is not?

Thisis why I advocate for in most instances to simply let it go. Some personality types have a really dificult time doing that. I was one and still have to guard against it..

That's about it. I would prefer to have two of my favorite people to just post your own articles so I have something to read. LOL!!!! Selfish I know...... Very Happy

oldCADuser has repeatedly claimed that no WMDs were found in Iraq. Zimbler has refuted his statements each time, posting evidence that OCU undoubtedly found very frustrating. OCU has repeatedly posted that there has been no voter fraud. Zimbler and I have *both* refuted those claims. I doubt OCU liked it. OCU and clo have said Donald Trump is a rapist. They've said that 98% of scientists believe in Anthropogenic Global Warming. They've said that women earn... 78 cents on the dollar (or whatever the figure is)... compared to men. I've set them straight on that many times. Cactus Flower said that a sitting U.S. President can be indicted - which YOU corrected him on... and referred to his board as "full of crap" in the same message... which Cactus Flower couldn't have appreciated. oldCADuser posted on BAF that the only polling place in Dodge City, KS had been moved miles from the town's poorest downtown residents. I gave him articles showing that it wasn't true... that the town had permitted voting at the Town Hall... just blocks from the old polling place... for two weeks prior to the election. He was so annoyed that he didn't respond.

Now, am I to understand that you would like us to ignore such statements if and when OCU, clo or Cactus Flower ever come to Pope and again make their false assertions? That would probably please them mightily. If they learn that we won't refute their garbage, they might even decide to post here again. Wouldn't it be nice if we were to all just get along? I bet they'd think so.

Please try to understand: I don't correct "views." I might challenge them but I won't say that another's views are wrong. FACTS are different. They really are black and white, either wrong or right. When they are wrong, they should be corrected. Silence in the face of a lie, after all, is tantamount to agreement.
