...I read some of the articles, others are beyond my level of comprehension. Zim posted an article about python and being able to use it to draw an arc. You responded with an piece about a 'colored' cube. I just skimmed them. Once I made a kaleidoscope with my commodore 64. Took me a week.

...all in all, the only thing I am really good at is being King and of course a world class smart ass. There are maybe a dozen regular or semi regular posters on this board and I may be smarter than one of them. That would be the one in the "cow worshiping cult"

Nemo posts so many things each night that it's unlikely that they'll all get read. I always consider the headlines at a minimum. When the headlines are interesting, I read the articles. Sometimes I find an article to be really good. I've even gone so far as to post such articles in full on this board. Other times, they turn out to be rubbish. I'll usually comment either way.

I don't think I was critical of Nemo in ANY of the responses that set him off... not until he went on the attack, at least. As you said, it was the article I'd criticized, not the person who posted it. I kind of felt like I was blindsided.

Ah well. I'm happy to see that things are calming down now, though I think the damage done is permanent. I will not stop correcting factual errors when I see them. I hope others do as well. It keeps the board quality up.
