Infected people can be asymptomatic. That means that only the few who have already had and recovered from the disease can know themselves to be non-infected. It was clear all along to thinking people that this illogical advice meant that the CDC had an agenda other than preventing the spread of the disease.

The fact that the article's author is continuing to repeat this nonsense speaks to either the author's own agenda or his ignorance.
