...as a spokesman for the old fart community, I don't mind being quarantined. The youngsters who are less susceptible (took three tries to get that word right) and are willing to go out and do business is fine with me. Virus or no virus we are going to have to open the economy sooner or later or we will be no different than cavemen lurking in their caves, peering out into the darkness and fearing what we cannot see.

I just want you to know De,
That you and I are in complete agreement on this one.

I would hope that many conservative types actually
think the same way . . . But we have to re-open the
country for business while we still have an economy.

The alternative? If all the food production facilities
and food transport mechanisms are shut down we will see
starvation. Which is worse? What coronavirus can do?
Or what it will do to a half starved population?
