As of yesterday, they've tested more the 1.5 million people in California (3.8% of the population), 600,000 in the last 14 days. Over the last 14 days, the positive testing rate in the state is 6.5 per 10K residents. There are currently 3,024 people who have tested positive and who are hospitalized in the state, down 258 in the last 14 day. There are an additional 1,318 hospital patients whom they suspect as having the virus but don't yet have laboratory confirmation.
