I am up and discovering that when you have al ot of internal tissues being repaired by cuting, pulling, nipping, re-arranging, I would rather have just broken a bone... Some of you know exactly what I am talking aout...
I am getting stronger. My right knee is still throbbing with a very heavily padded wrap from above the knee clear down to the foot on my right leg..
I would dearly love to get a shower but miz micro must find some clinging type of water repeeling wrap we can cover up the knee and leg with that water will not get wet from a shower head.
I am grateful for my doctor who prescribed the heavier duty pain meds. Lesser stuf would not have phased this. As of now, it is manageable.
I am trying to put a litle weight on the knee when using my crutches so the process of usage can begin...
I see Doc tomorrow morning at 9:30 a.m. for post op visit and inspection.. I trust him completely as this is our fourth surgery together... He is extremely good.
I am fine. Just in pain. But that is to be expected.
I am not very mobile either and let's face it, that joint does not want to move witghout rebelling...
I made it to my office this morning and am sitting in my ergonomic leather chairwith low lumbar supprt. Comfy.
Getting up and out will be interesting.

I am glad I did not have drink or food in my mouth when flipping thru the Texas/Georgia dispute ! loL!!! No telling what you are going to find from our two resident comics!
I need to get up and go pack this knee in ice again to help with the swelling. Hopefuly miz micro will return soon. I am beginning to smell like a barnyard on a hot summer day... Not a good thing...
Lord willing, I'll see you all again a little later today.. Therapy starts this week and I am NOT looking forward to moving this joint... It was ugly last time back in 1997 and feels uglier this time... It could just be I am a litle older also... lol!!
