Yeah, a few decades ago, a state trooper in Kansas was executed by this asshat who got the drop on him during a routine traffic stop and just killed him without any warning right there on the highway. Well, suffice it to say, the word got out to every law enforcement agency in the state before he got too far down the road. When they caught up with him, he and his car was surrounded by the KBI (state version of the FBI), Kansas state troopers, various county sheriff's personnel, and various city police personnel - A WHOLE BIG ASS CORNUCOPIA OF LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES - who were, shall we say, NOT happy with this guy. Well, he was given one opportunity to throw his gun out of his car, crawl out, and lay his sorry ass on the ground. But, to paraphrase Ron White ... this dude had the right not to be stupid, but he didn't have the ability. He went for his gun. Seconds later ... after several hundred rounds of automatic fire from just about every law enforcement agency in the State of Kansas had almost disintegrated his vehicle ... this saga was complete. I do believe they had more bullets ... there just wasn't anything left to shoot at, don'tcha know.
