...the ar15 if you have enough ammo. It is accurate at 300 yards and ya aren't likely to have to shoot anything beyond that distance.
...remington 700? Mine is a .243 my shoulder (recently repaired) won't take the stress of a higher calibre. A 30.06 is a shoulder breaker the .308 will make it a bit sore if ya shoot it as much as a hundred rounds a day.
...if ya eyes is mostly out of focus and ya hands shake a bit ya might want to ignore both the above and get yaself a 20 gauge mossberg (bandit) shotgun. Its effective at short range and the recoil isn't bad.
