...it's good out to 300 yards but there's nowhere around here to shoot one at a greater distance except for maybe a walmart parking lot. The bullet is traveling about 2018 mph and anything it hits is going to explode. I use a 100 grain bullet. They make a lighter bullet which travels faster but more subject to the variables of wind.

...as long as ya can hit ya target at 300 yards in you are not likely to need anything more. The AR is good at that range. My choice of the remington 700 is that I like the touch, feel and smell of wood and steel. A little powder solvent, a little gun oil, a taste of linseed oil for the stock and ya got a perfume that would turn every head in a redneck bar.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

I have a Pump 12 gauge Mossberg with 16 inch barrel and plenty of 00 buck.

I did not realize the AR was accurate at 300 yards..

I will ask my son in law who is an licensed FFT about mags for those ARs. Can we get 30 rounders???

I thought your was less than a .308.

How long accuracy is it with the .243 Ribs???

Any longer than the AR 15?
