...also ya need to know the mindset of your local law enforcement folks. If rioters are coming down your street looting and burning and you go outside with your gun there are some who would see that as "pre-meditation" I would not trust our local DA with anything. He is white and is trying to hang on to his job in a county that is going the other way. His removal is inevitable but he's trying to put it off as long as he can by sacrificing others in the name of diversity / justice / whatever.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
