Fair viewpoint..
You are rightt hat we really do not have the definitive actual story of why the cop kept his knee on Floyd's neck after being told that he could not breathe...
I think the firsttime I heard that I would be off.
With FOUR cops there they should have been easily able to keep him under control...
That cop imo was jest showing him who was boss and large and in charge.. Power trip and ego...
When some tells ya audibly they cannot breathe nicely (as we heard in the video) ya get yer faking knee of the person's neck immediately....
The cop did not do that.
Now we have a dead citizen, scumbucket he may well be, but still has rights and the cop should have eased up onhim after being told...
Now the cop has a dead black citizen on HIS HANDS and a coroner reports that looks like the citizens air pasages were affected by compression from that same knee that the cop was told by the dead person he could not breathe, and yet the cop apparently needed MIRACLE EAR hearing aids...
What happened was wrong. And in the heat of a fight one must keep their calm and minds focused. If ya can't, ya is in the wrong line of work..
Sorry. That's just my perception. I don;t like Floyd anymore than anyone else but the Cop's actions were over the top after being told he could not breathe.....
That is where the problem is...
