The principal's comments:

"I firmly believe that Black Lives Matter, but I DO NOT agree with the coercive measures taken to get this point across; some of which are falsified in an attempt to prove a point. While I want to get behind BLM, I do not think people should be made to feel they have to choose black race over human race. While I understand the urgency to feel compelled to advocate for black lives, what about our fellow law enforcement? What about all others who advocate for and demand equity for all? Just because I don't walk around with a BLM sign should not mean I am a racist."

Here is the response she received from the school board:

In the statement, the board argued that Riley's statements were tainted by "ignorance, prejudice, and lack of judgment" and that they were "utterly contrary to the values" of the "school board and district."

Here is the response of the school board superintendent:

District Superintendent David Baker argued that Riley's comments were "outright racist."

"I felt like a post like that, with those kinds of racial overtones and what I define as pretty much outright racist in my values system, she would have never posted that," Baker said.

I DEFY anyone to read Ms. Riley's comments and prove to me that anything she said was racist - outright or otherwise. All she said ... and reasonably so ... was that ALL lives matter and no one should be falsely branded as a racist for not kowtowing to an intemperate mob that demands that everyone be forced to proclaim one separate group of lives be more worthy than any other.

Enter the cowardly, willfully ignorant members of the school board who refuse to stand up for intellectual honesty ... "ignorance, prejudice, and lack of judgment" ... of course, this infantile assessment was predicated on "the values of the school board", which, chief among them, are obviously intolerance and subservience to popular conceits. Hmmm ... ignorance, prejudice, and lack of judgment ... undeniably, these school board members were looking in the mirror when they uttered these words.

And as for the mental pygmy who wastefully takes up space as this benighted school district's superintendent, his "values system" is bereft of any principles or cogent reasoning, whatsoever. You, Mr. Baker, are the actual racist ... and you are a spineless, thoughtless weakling.
