OH MAN, the broth was to die for...............I cooked the prawns, BIG ones, cut them into thirds with garlic, 1'4 stick of butter garlic powder. 1/2 yellow onion 1 Roma tomato, . and a lil olice oil. put 1/2 lb of bay scallops in the last 3 minutes...... Then poured it over the fresh greens which made welted lettuce. Mom used to make this a lot. The broth was so rich and buttery. Very good. I ate the whole thing..........
