I've probably got five varieties of lettuce as well, thanks to a Burpee "blend" I put in. The package says it includes 20% Black Seeded Simpson, 20% Red Salad Bowl, 20% Royal Oak Leaf, 20% Lollo Rossa and 20% Salad Bowl. I planted them on the 13th and none have yet sprouted. The pack says 7 to 10 days on germination so there's not necessarily a problem. But they may be too old (2018 ), or the urea I mixed into the soil (and probably overdid) could kill them.
