It is indeed mr. Gardener extraordinaire!

It's actually remarkable that you can do all those things with that serious surgery you underwent... I am still amazed.

I'm good to go...

My betetr half now is interested in replacing her 2004 Optima LX white 4 door sedan with pretty much all the mechanicals replaced, brand new General Altima RT 43 tires all around, New complete suspension, brakes, evevrything.

It does not even have 100,000 miles on it and it is 16 years old.

So I am looking at Hertz selling off the fleet. There is one lot close by...
Compact SUV in our future for her.. She does not want a mid size. Claims they are too big...

Yeah, you can't make that up....

The Landscape company is coming tomorrow to take down a large and old Maple tree in back of yard and bring in over 20 tards of topsoil to spread and even out and get rid of low spots of which there are plenty. He will seed the yard, straw it, and fertilize the seed.

Three weeks later the yard gets a new fence put all around to keep the dog contained... I already replaced the smaller shed for a much larger one a few weeks back and it is a God send.... Very happy we did that...8 foot high sidewalls are a MUST for cubic storage. Several standing shelves along the wall in rear and three more on side adjacent. Entire rest of floor space is empty...

Now I can pull my tractor inside with plenty of room.

Happy camper...

Re: "are you alright? Did you have a checkup in the big city yet ?"
I'm good! Thanks for asking. Between gardening, yard and housework, two on-line classes I'm taking, events at property #2 and my wife being in Virginia this week, I've been exceptionally busy. No problems, though. My shoulders are still sore (who'd have thought that would be the most enduring problem after chest surgery?) but I otherwise couldn't be better. I'm hoping the same is true for your knee.
