Gold is $1,581/oz today. When it hits $2,000, it will be up 26.5%. Let's see how long that takes. - De 3/11/2013 - ANSWER: 7 Years, 5 Months

Well Boss,
I'm just a little bit past the point where I realize that
if I don't throw some of the crap out . . . I will find
myself buried in it.

The machine I'm currently typing on has a quad-core in it.
And right beside it is a machine with a 'Core i7' in it.
(Meant to replace this one.)

On the other end of the bench there is a pair of HP ProDesks
with Core i5's in them. Linux install in those two.

Then there is my XP machine - I think it has a core duo.

And three laptops - one core duo and two core i5's.
All running Linux.

The XP machine and the quad core I built from kits. The rest
came off my employers 'e-scrap' heap. (Which is where that
Windows 98 machine came from a decade or two ago.)

I have a feeling I really should reduce the size of my collection.

Zim.
