...a guy was shot near there and the cops were dispatched. He told em he didn't want to go to the hospital he didn' know who shot him and he didn't want to press charges. Cops said "OK" and they left. Half hour later they were dispatched again. Somebody reported a body in the street. He had just about bled out and had lost consciousness. He was transported to the hosp. UNder normal circumstances that would have never happened.

Well ... if the Atlanta police knew for a fact that their supervisors, the county DA, and the city's politicians had their backs, they'd send in a SWAT team or two and clear that nest of vipers out in a matter of minutes.
