I do most of those as they are the same ones thetherapist had me to work on. I still do them.
The only pain I still have is from the incisions the inside where the surgical procedures were done feels pretty good..
But I need to strengthen this joint back up as I am NOT a lightweight and never have been. I am very "dense" with a large skeletal frame, broad shoulders and rib cage and chest.
It helps if I get rid of the accumulation of fat from eating too much at times things I likely should not eat but taste great! SO I am working on that as well.

HOW IS MIZ RIBIT doing? Did she have an MRI yet and see the Orthopedist after that was taken???
