PCG is one of those companies I'd stay away from.
They been in bankruptcy twice now. (Last time
was back around 2004.)

Now you probably could do good with it - Knowing when
to sell out and walk away from it.

Me? I'm a 'Buy and Hold' kind of guy. I want to buy
it and own it till long after I'm well and truly dead.

And, right about now, I don't like the idea of owning
anything in Californica (or new yoke joke for that matter.)

PCG could be a good buy at ~$9.40. It's being valued at about 50% relative to other utilities. I took a standard position.
