...unless there is more to this than is reported in the article, these guys screwed the pooch. There was a similar incident North of Atlanta where several cops practically "electrocuted" a man with their tazers. He was in a creek. I don't like tazers, never have. If ya want a non lethal weapon, shoot the perp in the leg. If the perp is close enough to hit with a tazer he's close enough to shoot in the leg.
Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!
