581 new cases and 155 new deaths in the United Kingdom

Good result on the number of new cases, below 600.

Bad on the number of deaths. 30 higher than the maximum I expected.

So hard to flush the damn thing down the loo.

Every person in the UK has odds of less than 1 in 100,000 of catching the virus on any given day. Down from 1 in 10,000 at the peak (or probably a lot worse because we didn't have testing back then).

Today we probably get back up either side of 100 deaths. But hopefully we have seen the last of 1,000 new cases. 6-700 would be on the decline track.

Would be great to achieve the levels they have in Italy, which has done a good job.

We haven't done very well at all. But we seem to be on the mend at last. Fingers crossed.
