I’m going to have to check the “no” box on this one, but I will say this, that guy has won a soft spot in my heart, especially after Planned Parenthood expressed their disappointment…to put it mildly.
Kanye was asked about various issues in an interview with Forbes and naturally, the issue of abortion came up. Kanye didn’t mince words.
“I am pro-life because I’m following the word of the Bible,” West said.
He added that “Planned Parenthoods have been placed inside cities by white supremacists to do the Devil’s work.”
He’s not wrong. Planned Parenthood is an organization created by eugenicist and not so subtle racist, Margaret Sanger. The abortion giant is responsible for the deaths of more black babies in a year than any decade’s worth of homicides in Chicago. That tends to escape the mainstream media’s reporters despite constant attempts to remind them. It’s very strange.
According to The Daily Wire, Planned Parenthood didn’t like Kanye labeling their baby-killing operation as “Devil’s work,” and responded in a very Planned Parenthood way:
In response, Planned Parenthood — whose founder promoted racist ideas and openly described her movement as “practically identical in ideal, with the final aims of Eugenics” — tapped Nia Martin-Robinson, the organization’s Director of Black Leadership and Engagement, to rebuke the rapper’s forceful statement.
“Black women are free to make our own decisions about our bodies and pregnancies, and want and deserve to have the best medical care available,” Martin-Robinson said. “Any insinuation that abortion is Black genocide is offensive and infantilizing.”
Martin-Robinson went on to say that the greatest threat to the black community is lack of access to quality health care.
“The real threat to Black communities’ safety, health, and lives stems from lack of access to quality, affordable health care, police violence, and the criminalization of reproductive health care by anti-abortion opposition,” she continued. “At Planned Parenthood, we trust and we stand with Black women who have, and continue to lead the charge when it comes to health, rights, and bodily autonomy of those in their communities.”
This is a constant response to any criticism by Planned Parenthood. They immediately tell everyone that they’re an organization that revolves around healthcare, which is what they have to say in order to distract from their eugenicist past that focused on keeping the black population on the lower end.
Trending streiff It’s not a mistake that the vast majority of Planned Parenthood locations are in, or adjacent to, low-income minority neighborhoods as reported by The Federalist:
This statistic is spurious. Because black Americans comprise only 12 percent of the U.S. population, relatively few areas in America are majority black. By neighborhood, Guttmacher means ZIP code. Only 2 to 4 percent of U.S. ZIP codes have a majority black population. Only 3 percent of counties have a majority black population.
Using Guttmacher’s own findings, however, almost 10 percent of America’s high-volume abortion clinics (performing more than 400 abortions per year) exist in those majority-black ZIP codes. Clinics in neighborhoods where non-whites are the majority, only around 15 percent of U.S. neighborhoods, make up 40 percent of all abortion clinics in the United States. This means that, even on Guttmacher’s own showing, abortion clinics are indeed disproportionately found where the local population is predominantly minorities.
The thing that not-President Kanye gets right is the fact that the black lives that matter also extend to those in the womb and that the black community kills itself off through its continued support of abortion every year. The left doesn’t seem to think black lives matter unless the end of a black life meets certain criteria. To Kanye, all black lives matter.
In fact, he seems to believe all lives matter period, and I like that. I’d already take him over Joe Biden.
