Actually I have mixed feelings about this fall futzball season. It is my favorite past time and I have favorite teams in multiple leagues. I patiently keep awaiting my alma mater's entrance onto the bigger stage of college football. Every time we get a good coach some other high profile University comes and steals them. Right after they get done buidling the foundation for breakout years. Then we start all over again.
Hopefully Coach Luke Fickel will stick around and continue to build this program to a high level of football excellence where talented youngsters will want to come and play the game..
I like excellence. Last year's LSU offense was something special to watch. I doubt highly it was all Joe Burrow. He was needed but unless the receivers get open and the Linemen actually keep the defense off the QB and give him time, ya gots nothing.
Anyway,hope we get to enjoy some really good games this season in spite of the crap going on...
