...solarcaine will keep it from itching so bad. It is a topical spray on stuff for sunburns. Ya also might want to take some benadryl. Check with doctor first wouldn't want the itching to stop and ya heart to stop simultaneously.

Liberals are like a "Slinky". Totally useless, but somehow ya can't help but smile when you see one tumble down a flight of stairs!

Re: “and . . . zow! Right on the top of my foot” The top of my right foot is swollen today - from the base of the toes to part way up the ankle. I can't see any veins like I can on the left foot. I can't even see 'em on the ankle! And there's little visible tendon movement when I wiggle my toes. It's like the Pillsbury Dough Foot.

Itchy too! And I can't scratch it. I learned earlier this summer that the flesh near a wasp sting is extremely delicate. It'll tear if I scratch the itch.

Overall, the after effects of this one sting are far worse than any of the others, maybe even combined - and I had MANY stings last time. It'd better not get any worse. I'm already limping - not from pain but because it feels so puffy.

No shoes for me for a while - ironic, since that's what led to this.
