Well Bob,
When I click the 'upload image' I get sent to 'photobucket' -
which wants money. I normally to to this site :

Where I used to have little problem uploading a picture.
Now . . . Well, when I try to upload this is what it says :

Type: image/jpeg
Could not copy file to server. File-size too big. Must be within 400 KB.
And the picture is a jpg and it is only 56.6 K.
Ahhhhh .. . Not enough storage to host images according to your post.
