...He's claiming that the people who voted for 3rd party candidates were actually voting against Hillary and therefore he should have been give those votes.
He's also claiming that there's no way that Biden, when you consider his poor health and his diminished mental capacity, that he can appear to be OK, so he must be on some sort of serious drug regimen which is hiding his real condition from the American people. He's demanding the Biden take a drug test and disclose the results to the public (note that he made a similar claim about Hillary four years ago).
He also said that Democratic governors are somehow controlling the traffic signs in their states as well as the how college football games are being played (what in the hell is that all about?).
He also says that he doesn't have time to "play games", that he has to come across as being serious at all times (except I guess when he's doing interviews on Faux News).
