IT is not her choice or perogative as to when a replacement supreme is nominated to replace a vacant seat.

That rests solely with the executive office of the President. She is still trying to influence and sway political decisions which as a Judge they are not supposed to do. So, in reality, her final wish is at odds with the CANON of the Judiciary as presented by our resident scholar Kathy!

Dems will do anything to kep America MARXIST and SOCIALIST.

I didn't know that you were allowed to choose when your replacement is chosen. *Maybe, just maybe, she thought Joe was going to win.*

Ruth Bader Ginsburg’s granddaughter revealed the 87-year-old Supreme Court justice’s dying wish, which Ginsburg gave to her just days before passing.

NPR reported that Ginsburg “dictated” the following statement to her granddaughter Clara Spera: “My most fervent wish is that I will not be replaced until a new president is installed.”
