Doesn't matter whether it was or it wasn't - it's irrelevant. The very notion that Ruth Buzzy Ginsburg's dying wishes have ANY bearing whatsoever on how to move forward with replacing her is quite simply infantile. But, of course, "infantile" is a highly appropriate adjective where Democrats are concerned. Besides, I don't remember any Democrats attempting to ascertain ... or even entertain ... what Antonin Scalia's dying wishes may have been regarding his eventual replacement, do you?
