However, being you got such a great price on it, you will not only be saving moohla in the long run, but you would have needed the same gents had you paid $12,000.

Ya have to consider your comfort level, too. It gets cold up there and you want the house to be warm and comfy.

LOL - it's only on pallets while it's sitting for sale at an auto shop. The owner's brother owns the place.

At my place, a pad has to be poured for the boiler. Pipes go underground to circulate the water. Installation is fairly complex and will involve a heating guy, a plumber, an electrician and an excavator. I *wish* it was as simple as plopping it down on pallets!
